1 Strength-Training: One Small Step At A Time


OK, I just did 10 (bent-knee) push-ups & 50 crunches. There, that wasn't so bad now, was it?! I might even feel inspired to lift now. ;-)

Fantastic news!

I did more ab work and 5 x 10 pushups tonight too. Not much, but better than nothing...

Now you're on a roll....keep it up!
