The ABC's Of Me: Tag, You’re It!

Today I was tagged by Continuum Wellness to participate in the ABC’s of Me. As far as I know this was started by Rolando over at RPlayground. So here goes:

The Instructions:
The instructions say that each player starts with some random facts/habits about himself/herself. As you are tagged you need to post the rules and your responses on your own blog. At the end of your post, you need to choose some people to tag, list their names and, of course, leave them a comment, telling they have been tagged and they need to read your blog for more information.

The ABC’s of Me

A - A bit of this, a bit of that. After all, variety is the spice of life.
B - Becoming and being, enjoying them with gusto is the secret to a happy life.
C - Constant change, because life is always moving whether or not you're moving along with it or standing still.
D - Dare to be yourself, without caring what others think.
E - Energy flowing, body moving.
F - Freedom to be, to think, to move.
G -Going, going, gone. Running is fuel for life.
H- Hiking is nature & fitness in a beautiful harmony.
I - Inner peace. To some, it might sound corny & new-age, but there's profound meaning in it all the same.
J - Joy of being alive.
K - Karma is what you get for giving.
L - Learning is the foundation of a meaningful life.
M- Music is essential, the soundtrack of life.
N - Never give up!
O - Open your mind to new experiences, & let your joy come out!
P - Peace, inside and out.
Q - Question authority, for it keeps the world around you honest & true.
R - R is for running, a major passion in my life.
S - Smile at someone & spread a little friendliness & warmth around.
T - Turning points in one's life can be handled with grace, should be greeted with compassion, & realized for their gifts of wisdom.
U - Understanding & love are what we'd all like to have more of in our lives. We need to give it to others as well.
V - Victories in running & in life, both big & small. Gained through hard work, discipline, persistence, & a burning desire to achieve.
W - Wandering, journeying, discovering. The nomadic spirit comes alive! Traveling to new places is one of the great joys of life.
X - X marks the spot. The spot on the map where the treasure is buried. It's our job to dig. There are no easy answers. In life, if you can find the hidden treasures along the way, you're farther along than most.
Y - Youthful body, spirit, and mind.
Z - Zeniths in our lives are but the culmination of our efforts, & are made even better when shared with others. The totality of our experience summed up in a single moment.

Yea! I did it.

I’d like to pass this to the following fantastic blogger-pals of mine:

Abi of Abi's Couch to 5K

Marilyn of Marilyn's Non-Violent Planet Newspage

Now, your turn. Enjoy!

Hi Corey :)

Thanks honey for choosing me as one of your tag people. LOL It was fun and stimulating for me to participate in this game and here is the link back to my comment to you about it via my blog:

Go to the NY Police Dept. Kill Teen Brandishing Hairbrush post where you had orginally talked about this and there you will see my reply as well as my tag person which is One-Eyed View.

Take care and see you in the Blogosphere! Oh by the way, do you belong to twitter? http://www.twitter.com I do and it's quite an interesting social networking medium. :)

How often do you exercise?

Do you enjoy running?

Would you consider running a marathon?
