I have zero time to write this, so it's going to be quick. Today's pushup workout called for intervals of 10, 10, 8, 6, & a max of atleast 7 pushups. Here's what I did: 10, 10, 8, 6, 15.Not bad. I doubled the minimum "max." ;-)OK, now I've really got to get out of here. Bye!
