0 300 Crunches: Just Checkin' 'Em Off the List

Today, did 300 crunches of various kinds: 100 crunches, 50 right-side obliques, 50 left-side obliques, & 100 vertical leg crunches.

This has got to be the shortest post ever on this blog. LOL. :)
